Here at HTX FightCamp, we provide a variety of group classes to meet your needs. Our FightCamp classes combine boxing for cardio with calisthenics and weighted exercises for strength training to achieve a fun and effective full body workout. Beyond that, we also offer bootcamps to focus on developing strength and explosive power and yoga classes to improve mobility. Here at HTX FightCamp, we have it all! For more details, see below.

 

HTX FightCamp Classes

Our “OG” HTX FightCamp classes, as mentioned above, combine boxing and strength training for a fun and effective workout. These classes are structured to mimic a 10-round boxing match with 3 minutes of work and 1 minute rest period in-between — essentially this is set up like a HIIT workout! The work we have you do varies amongst boxing techniques, progressive combinations, calisthenics, and weighted exercises.

We have recently started incorporating a new class style called FightCamp 2.0 wherein class is split into two distinct halves. The first half will focus on strength and conditioning exercises and may be set up like a AMRAP (as many reps as possible), EMOM (every minute on the minute), or tabata workout. The second half will focus on building a progressive boxing combination. Whether you’re in an “OG” or 2.0 class, you’re guaranteed to leave each class feeling strong and ready to fight the day.

One common question we get is whether prior boxing experience is needed to attend these classes. The answer is no! Our instructors will teach you everything you need to know prior to the start of class, and they will also check in throughout to make sure you have proper form and technique to prevent injuries. Bootcamp Classes

For those who want to focus more on building strength and muscle mass, we provide bootcamp classes on Mondays and Thursday evenings. We host these classes in our 5000 sq ft gym next door to our boxing facility.

 

Yoga Classes

We are proud to announce that we now offer weekly yoga classes at HTX FightCamp! Mobility training is key to improving your range of motion and reducing risk of injury. Come get your stretch on on Thursday evenings.
