About our program:
Boxing is a reasonably good full-body workout. It covers all body areas and provides a useful balance between cardio and resistance training. However, it’s not specialized enough to serve somebody with cardio or resistance as the only workout goal. That’s why we invented HTX FightCamp. HTX FightCamp uses boxing for the cardio and resistance training and then adds in body weight and weighted exerciseus to focus on overall strength conditioning and muscle endurance. When you combine these two elements together, you don’t get a reasonably good full body workout, you get an amazingly successful full body workout!
